EWISA Information Event - Tender Process

REGISTRATION TO EVENT IS OPEN

 

The Center for Security Studies (KEMEA) of the Hellenic Ministry of Interior and Administrative Reconstruction announces the “EWISA Information Event” which will be held on the 8th & 9th of November 2016 in Athens, Greece.

The "Early Warning for Increased Situational Awareness" (EWISA) Research and Development project is co-funded by the EU, as part the Security Research Theme of the 7th R&D Framework Programme, managed by the DG Migration and Home Affairs of the European Commission (Grant Agreement 608174).

 

In the “EWISA Information Event” the consortium partners will outline the EWISA roadmap for the forthcoming procurement of R&D services related to state-of-the-art technologies for “network modular video analysis solutions”, which are to be integrated and fused with other supporting sensors, for the provision of intelligence analysis reports. The procured solutions will be in four diverse locations of EU external land borders in real operational environment.

Useful information for participants:

  • Participation is free of charge.
  • The foreseen venue capacity is up to 100 attendants and participation will be on a “first-come-first-served” basis.
  • Priority will be given to company/organization representatives presenting their approach according to the EWISA concept.
  • Confirmation will be sent gradually by 21st of October.
  • Upon confirmation, further details will be sent regarding accommodation and booking procedures.
  • Entrance to the event is for registered participants only.
  • The information material presented during the event will be available through the project website, after the event.
  • The language used in the event will be English and no translation services will be provided.
